The Dumfries People Finder will place a cookie on your computer. All it does is place a delete button under your entry on the list when you look at it, allowing you to delete your entry if you wish. If you don't want this cookie, you will still be able to add your name to the list, but you will have to contact me if you want your name removed. I also use cookies to allow you to save the layout of the site, i.e. if you click on an arrow to remove one of the panels then click to "Save This Layout", a cookie is used to remember your settings. Thats the only cookies I use, I do use Wordpress for my Blog, which may also use cookies, and phpBB for my Message Board, which again may place cookies on you computer. I also use some Google scripts for search and analytics which again may use cookies.
